Ill just say it: I. Love. Brunch.
Last week I threw a mini brunch fiesta for a good friend of mine's 21st. (Yes, we chose brunch over bars). On the menu? Vanilla hazelnut waffles, cinnamon apples, Tatte croissants, Turkey bacon (I know some people think that's gross but I LOVE turkey bacon), fresh bread, garlic eggs, and buckets of fresh fruit. My mouth is watering just writing this post--now that it's May I'm on a summer-prep cleanse. Sometimes you just need to hit that reset button and start a-new.
Here in New England, Spring decided to take its sweet time to come, but it looks like we will finally be able to throw away our winter tights and feel the breeze on our bare legs, it will be so liberating.
